Thanks for sharing. A good update. CSIS has always been a solid group. I wonder if any group that can take and hold ground on the Moon or Mars or anywhere can make claim to it. Could Elon Musk start whole cities, and own them? Or whole planets or moons? Does it come down to force again? “My robot terraforming equipment got there first”, “Our company planted sensor arrays and mapped the underground, we claim those subsurface resources”. Years ago I worked as MIS Director for the Air Force Association. I was happy to see they changed their name fairly recently to the Air and Space Forces Association.
