Those sounds like it is better than the rigid processes, but it is 100x slower than a serious global parallel effort that includes AIs. Covid could have been treated with a global system set up in hour (now). The reason covid was so slow is that it went through the mostly paper and human based systems and it should have simply bypassed all those legacy systems. Now global verification, validation and simulations can be run in hours, not months – completely bypassing the legacy networks — but including ALL end points, the legacy network node (but connected globally not locally) and all affected individuals and their families and close (for infections) people. It it not that hard, and the AIs can run 24/7 checking and crosschecking and setting up parallel global teams on any new avenue. It is not that hard. One of the most urgent activities is identifying those people and groups who benefit from sickness and death. Hospitals cannot choose treatments based on income, or drug stores, or suppliers. Nor non-profits, nor NGOs, not UN, nor country, nor medical groups, nor agencies. It is not hard. AIs can do most all of it automatically. now – every issue, all groups, all countries, every language.
