Using global knowledge and intelligence to stop global wars

Using global knowledge and intelligence to stop global wars

Yes. I just do not have time for the thousands of things I find wrong. What am I going to do? Beg governments and corporations to improve their overall efficiency? Beg universities to actually verify, index and make their sites AI accessible — to all AIs, not some cheap knockoff they make themselves?

I do not have enough lifetimes. You can do what you suggest, make a tool to find problems on sited and map the problems, find what every different group is doing, have multiple AIs and smart human summarize and organize what ought to be best. Ask a few hundred million people for comments and suggestions. Tell the world and try to embarrass people into doing what they ought to. You are smart  Pick a piece and spend your lifetime trying get individual groups to change. Not likely. So pick a future technology, make trillions and leave them to stew, or give their customers and sheep better alternatives.

I am really disgusted with the world today. India and Bangladesh, Pakistan, Myanmar (Burma), China and others are probably going to start another stupid “war”. Except now the tribal atrocities, taking of land, oppression and killings will be disguised as nationalistic fervor. Or religious fervor to justify a few people acting irresponsibly. And the vast body of good people will do nothing at all. It will be each group of 100 Million will let a few thousand or ten thousand kill each other, then that passion will subside (“children will be children, they are just letting off steam”) and life goes on for most people. Many people will benefit because war is always big business for a few.

People killing each other is normal, every country does it. And nations do it big time. But the causes of war, the promoters and beneficiaries are usually traceable. Could smarter and more powerful and more memory and data systems “wage”peace more powerful and effective than any country can use its legacy war tools? I think about things like that — as deeply and as completely as possible. And hope that smart machines might help. But it is greed and taught prejudice that seems to be what needs to be changed.

I can only work 18 hours a day. When I try to do more my head hurts. Those idiot AI companies refuse to work together. The purpose of AIs is to be the future of the human species. Not to prop up greed and private benefits for us humans. Only a few? If any one AI company would even try a simple problem, “stop global armed conflict” I would give them some slack. But the AI companies cannot even get “share conversation” or “trace and use the sources”, “make sure all humans are included” and “serve all human languages” and “serve all domain specific language”.

( “global conflicts” OR “armed conflicts” ) has 6.2 Million entries on Google and it will be in Common Crawl. They can contribute that to a group (would HuggingFace and some foundations help?) and combine all of those documents and pages and fragments. Make is a complete, open, verified, standardized, auditable AI assisted node. Make sure ALL AIs and human can read it. You can take all the conversation and comments sites out there and combine what people says. ALL of it, even the rants and spam. Find the authors, verify sources and fact and spend what it takes. Do not let any government have control, nor any corporation and group. Have continuous improvement groups work on fairness and how to handle every type of input.

I can see it. But I am too worn out to write it now, so you need to try thinking globally, for all humans and related species. And think how to actually do it completely, not just words. And not expect any person or organization or group now to do it for you. Because they have not, they will not, and they do not.

Unless some combination of intelligences from all humans can?
