Where everyone worked for the country as a whole? If states were assigned at random and everyone did their best, the good ones could help weak states, and bad ones in good states would show up. It is not a complete concept, but it seems worth investigating.<\/p>\n<p>Also if there were Representatives that anyone could register on the Internet to follow and have as their Representative, it would not matter if one lived in a red or blue state and never has a real choice of who represents them.
