But true global (or heliospheric) open real time collaborative networks that really focus on service to all humanity do not really exist yet. You can test it and see what happens. It has to be transformative, open, verifiable, auditable, reliable, trustworthy and focus on all humans and related species, not just the benefits of a few.<\/p>\n
